Swiplete

Photo cleaner for iPhone. Confirmed deletes go to Apple’s Recently Deleted (about 30 days). Privacy and terms.

Photos permission

Swiplete needs Photos access. Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Swiplete. Full Access is recommended so albums are complete.
